Workshop: Meditation for Wellness in 2018

Yoga 430 is offering 4 classes in January that will “Welcome Wellness” to 2018.  This class is one of the 4 classes offered.
About this workshop:

The practice of meditation is to clear, relax, and inwardly focus the mind. It is a practical means for calming oneself so that we are not distracted; a way of returning to our True Self or our True Nature.

This 2-hour workshop with Linda Holloway 500RYT will guide you through the basics of meditation, explain its benefits for overall wellness, and apply the practice to your intention-setting for the New Year. We all know how easy it is to get distracted from our initial goals. Join us in creating a simple and accessible personal practice to keep on your chosen path!
