Yoga Nidra is a grounding practice, a technique to help turn your senses inward as a preparation for meditation. Yoga Nidra provides directions for directing your focus inward in order to help facilitate compassion. Accepting this focus helps students to find tools to master awareness so they can awaken consciousness. The instructor will guide participants through a rotational awareness that requires conscious participation.
Please dress comfortably. Plan to arrive with an intent of self-compassion, health, and kindness. Throughout practice students should focus their internal thoughts on positive healing in their lives.
