Shawna Gallon, RYT 200

Stepping on our mats, we breathe with purpose… we move with intention… we find stillness and invite rest.  We practice life. Yoga is an awareness practice… and a valuable opportunity and tool to cultivate resilience, discipline, vitality, and renewal.  

Shawna is excited to guide her classes through the creative, dynamic, and rejuvenating practice of yoga.  From music to postures, sequences and modifications, and the spirit she brings to class it is her goal to soothe, uplift, challenge, and encourage each person along in a flow.  We flow not only toward strength and flexibility, but a sense of wholeness gained through the practice of inhabiting our bodies well, with mindfulness and intention, grace and growth. We make space to check in with self: body, soul, and spirit…as we compassionately listen and gently rethread each back into connection. 

Shawna received her 200 hr Hatha/Vinyasa yoga training and certification in 2011 from Yoga Bala while living and teaching in Florida, and continues to learn and discover through workshops and trainings in various areas such as Yoga Biomechanics and Restorative Yoga.
