Energizing Intentions: Intention Setting for 2019 with Lindsey McConnell-Soong, LCPC, RYT 200
Lindsey will guide you through self-reflective exercises for gaining clarity in your envisioned path for the year and the obstacles that may keep you from following it. In addition to journaling, you will learn and practice visualization techniques for both receiving your gifts and letting go of what doesn’t serve you. Specific yoga asanas (postures) and sequences will be integrated to create resonance and meaning in the body as well as the mind. No Yoga experience necessary.
Yoga for Self Love in 2019 with Janelle Stauffer, Emily Allen, And Julia Jones

Give yourself the gift of time just for you to pause, reflect, and explore new ways of being kinder to yourself. This interactive 2-hour transformational workshop designed for women willing to take a journey towards self-love and self acceptance, developing a positive body image. The goal is for women to set new positive intentions about how we feel, think, and speak to ourselves and others. This workshop includes a self-love yoga practice, discussion, and self reflection activities designed to take us on a journey to find our worthiness that truly comes from within.
